Our dedication
Agriculture is not merely an industry that produces food.
We believe that working in primary industries helps protect our forests and oceans, while building a vital bridge to nature.
< Onan Hiwa Kogen> Using raw milk
Our brand uses 100% fresh milk from Sakane Farm in the Hiwa Highlands of Onan, Shimane — a land graced with cool breezes and the timeless rural scenery of Japan.
This brand is the result of a collaboration between Hiroshima Suishin College of Cooking & Confectionery, the Onan Town Tourism Association, the Ochi District Dairy Cooperative (Sakane Farm), and Mui.
Using raw milk
Our brand is made with 100% fresh milk from Nakayama Farm, located in the highlands of Oda City, Shimane — an area known for the World Heritage Site, the Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine.
They carefully manage home-grown forage, feed, animal health, and hygiene, producing milk that is gently sweet with a soft, mild flavor.
Using raw milk
This is a pasture-raised milk brand using milk sourced from farms that meet the natural pasture-raised standard of year-round grazing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We’re still in the midst of trial and error, but we’re pursuing the traditional milk production methods once practiced in Japan. We aim to create milk that’s gentle on the environment, nature, and people—milk that allows us all to coexist.
