About Posts
(1) Please note that in principle, Mui Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) will not reply to posts (including comments, photos, videos, links, and other content) from customers (hereinafter “Users”) to our SNS accounts, nor will we respond to inquiries or opinions regarding posts from Users.
(2) The copyright of posts made by Users to our SNS accounts belongs to the User who made the post. However, by posting, the User grants the Company’s operating office a non-exclusive right to use the post (including reproduction, modification, and publication) free of charge both domestically and internationally in Japan, and agrees not to exercise copyright and moral rights against the Company.
Prohibited Items
Users must not post content that includes the following items on our SNS accounts.
If a User’s post contains any of the following items, we may delete the post, block the account, or take other necessary measures without notifying the User in advance. Please be aware of this.
・Content unrelated to our SNS pages
・Content that modifies part or all of our published content
・Content impersonating the Company, other users, or third parties
・Content containing false or misleading information, and content that promotes rumors or speculation
・Content that harms privacy by identifying, disclosing, or leaking personal information without consent
・Obvious pranks and linguistically meaningless content (blank posts, meaningless character strings, consecutive posts with the same content, etc.)
・Content containing personal information (name, email address, address, phone number, etc.) (excluding those automatically displayed by SNS service functions)
・Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, utility model rights, portrait rights, design rights, etc.), property rights, trade secrets, privacy, or other rights and interests of the Company or third parties
・Content that defames, slanders, or damages the reputation or credibility of the Company or third parties, or content that may do so
・Content that defames or slanders specific individuals or organizations
・Content intended for sales activities, political activities, or religious activities
・Content that leads to harmful programs such as computer viruses, or content that destroys or disrupts the system of our SNS pages
・Content that violates public order and morals
・Content involving criminal acts or violating laws and regulations
・Information from which signatures or legal notices have been removed
・Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ideology, beliefs, etc.
・Content intended to redirect to other websites or harmful programs without confirming the viewer’s intent
・Repetitive posts by the same user, comments with the same content, or similar comments
・Content that violates the terms of service of the platform being used
・Content that interferes with the operation of this system, and information or links containing such content that the Company deems inappropriate
Compliance Matters Regarding Third-Party Damages
The Company assumes no responsibility for any troubles or disputes that arise between Users or between Users and third parties regarding the use of our SNS accounts.
Damages
If a User violates these terms and causes damage to the Company, the Company may claim damages from such User.
Disclaimer
The Company assumes no responsibility for the following matters.
However, this does not apply to damages caused to Users due to the Company’s intentional acts or gross negligence.
・The completeness, accuracy, legality, and usefulness of information on our SNS accounts, including posts from Users
・Direct or indirect losses incurred by Users from using information or content contained in our SNS accounts
・Damages to Users related to using or being unable to use our SNS accounts
・Troubles or disputes between Users or between Users and third parties arising from the use of our SNS accounts
・Interruptions, delays, or cancellations of posts to our SNS accounts due to computer or line failures, maintenance work, or other unavoidable circumstances
・Loss of information provided by Users through posts on this page
・Unannounced termination, changes, or deletion of our SNS accounts and posting functions to our SNS accounts
Changes to Terms of Use
The Company may change these terms without notice as necessary and without obtaining Users’ consent.
When these terms are changed, the changed terms shall apply to Users’ use of our SNS accounts after the change.
Unless otherwise specified, the changed terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on our SNS accounts.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Posts to our SNS accounts and the interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
All disputes related to the use of our SNS accounts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Matsue District Court as the court of first instance.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Use shall be effective from April 1, 2024.
