We concentrate on the natural sweetness by using less added sugar and slowly simmering fresh milk for an extended time.
Although the process is labor-intensive and results in some loss of yield due to evaporation, it is carried out using a “low-temperature, long-duration” method to preserve the natural flavor of the milk.
