Milk Jam【Milk】

Made with Iwami Kogen Milk, one of only five specially selected milks in Japan recognized by Glico.
To preserve its rich, deep flavor, it simmered slowly for over seven hours.
By simmering skim milk for an extended time, it results in 0% fat and about twice the calcium of regular milk! It can also be used in cooking as a “milk seasoning,” just like mirin.

Our milk jam is 0% fat while enriched with the nutritional benefits of perilla leaves.
It is pure, delicate flavor—among the clearest in Japan—is beautifully complemented by the rich, matcha-like aroma of perilla.
