Cup Ice Cream【Milk】

Made with 100% raw milk from Nakayama Farm, a highland area near the Iwami Ginzan Highlands in Shimane Prefecture (Single-origin).
We use safe and secure raw milk as our ingredient, where you can clearly see the faces of the producers and even the milking cows.
Made without emulsifiers, artificial flavors, artificial colors, or eggs. Gently pasteurized to preserve the rare, fresh milk flavor uncommon in ice cream, finished non-homogenized to leave ingredients intact.
This is the unique taste of craft milk, where flavor varies depending on the environment, season, and region where the cows are raised.

To complement this, we’ve added a topping of diced fruit with a hint of tartness.
The natural aroma of strawberries blends with milky flavor, while sweet strawberry sauce and tangy strawberry pulp combine to create a creamy yet refreshingly delicious ice cream.
