Mui【 mjúːi 】comes from Mui-Shizen【無為自然】“natural simplicity.”
We named it with the desire to deliver pure taste the best we can.

What we use raw milk is “Single-origin method” which is rare in Japan.
To allow customers to enjoy the distinct flavor of each contracted dairy farmer’s milk, we do not blend milk from different farms. Instead, we produce milk separately for each product and purpose.
