The cows are raised in a well-balanced environment: calves are pasture-raised, while dairy cows are housed in comfortable barns. The milk comes from cows nurtured in a naturally rich environment, drinking fresh underground spring water and eating home-grown grass along with carefully selected feed, giving it a distinctive flavor and natural sweetness.
This soft serve is crafted without stabilizers, emulsifiers, flavorings, colorings, or eggs. It is gently low-temperature pasteurized and non-homogenized, preserving the natural flavor and texture of the fresh milk. Made from only three simple ingredients, it is a rare ice cream base that highlights the true taste of milk.
